Why Investor’s Realty?
At Investor’s Realty we pride ourselves on maintaining your property and keeping it in the best condition possible. In addition, we keep a very close eye on your bottom line, and do everything we can to keep your property full and the rent checks coming. -
When do I get paid?
Investor's Realty sends all owner's net income on the 10th of each month or the first business day after. Please allow up to 5 business days after for your bank to credit your account. If your tenant has not paid rent by the 5th or their payment has not cleared by the 10th, those funds will be included in the next month draw. -
Are you licensed?
Yes, all of agents as well as our offices are fully licensed by the Texas Real Estate Commission. -
Can I reach you after hours?
Yes, we have an after-hours messaging service. -
Can you put the money directly into my account?
Yes, we pay all owners by direct deposit. -
Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
Yes, you are able to view the lease before signing it. -
Do you sell real estate too?
Yes, we sell many homes for our clients. -
How long of a lease do you sign?
We are unique with our leases in that we write leases for a minimum of 12 months but usually longer and they automatically renew with a preset increase during the busy spring and summer months. This saves you money on renewal fees and your property, if the lease ends, becomes available to lease or sell during the best month. -
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?

How soon can you start managing my property?
We can start right away! -
What type of properties do you manage?
We manage single family homes, condos, townhomes, multi units and apartment buildings. -
What type of reports do I get and how often?
We issue comprehensive monthly statements showing in detail all of the income and expenses of the property. Not only is this a great way for owners to stay on top of what is going on with their rental, it is an enormous help at tax time.
